Where do I see the current price?
For Thailand, the live Shopee listing is the source for current price, availability and selectable variants. For other destinations, pricing is prepared as a destination-specific quote.
How long will delivery take?
Shopee displays its current estimate during checkout. Current listings generally describe delivery from overseas at approximately 7–15 business days, but the checkout estimate controls. International quote timing depends on the destination and is confirmed before payment.
Are duties and import taxes included?
Do not assume that duties, taxes or carrier charges are included. For an international inquiry, the quote will state what is included; destination charges may still be collected from the recipient.
What if a ceramic piece arrives damaged?
Keep the product, box and packing materials, photograph the package and piece, and contact the purchase channel promptly. Shopee orders follow the resolution process and deadlines shown in the order. International quote orders follow the written terms supplied before payment.
Can I return a piece because I changed my mind?
For Shopee orders, use the return and refund terms shown in the order. For an international quote, return eligibility and costs are provided before payment. Do not send a return without written authorization.
Why can the colour or surface vary?
Lighting and screens can shift colour. Small firing marks and glaze variation can occur in ceramic production. Use the original product photograph and live listing to confirm the selected option.
